I have tried nightworks and I find it wonderful - I get clearer thinking processes. My brain is more organised, when performing any exercise I have the stamina to excel to a higher level. My body feels so much more relaxed & lighter & people tell me I have more colour in my face. I do not have any health conditions but a friend of mine who takes Niteworks, had cancer, which is now better but the after effects were horrible and she now finds that her terrible morning cramps when she woke up unable to get out of bed - have disappeared and her muscles are working properly.

Years and years ago, one of my first client was young man who had been overweight all his life. Three months later and 30 lbs lighter, he had a completely different life.

All he did was use this (http://myhealthybreakfast.info) and follow instructions. He never looked back.

WRONG. That publication is misleading. The limit on the antimony in such beverages is 40 µg/l not 5 µg/l. And the 5 µg/l limit applies BEFORE it goes into the pipes, not when it comes out in your house.

In the long run diets do not work. What works is to look at why people are overeating. In my professional experience, eating too much is a way of coping with 'life' and temporarily distracts the individual from uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Other people may choose to take drugs, drink too much, gamble, use the internet excessively, or be a 'workaholic', it all stems from a need to anesthetise the individual from their 'normality'. What really works is to get to the 'root cause' of the behaviour, then it is possible to change it. Without a desire to change the behaviour, diets are only a short term fix.

The only way you can manage obesity is throught Proper Diet and lots of exercise. The human body is designed for work so we should always get some form of physical exercise to stay fit.
