That is so true, a healthy breakfast is always the best start. My favorite is oatmeal with peanut butter, with a little milk on top and a touch of honey...Yum...it gives me so much energy for my workout in the morning.

It is important to note that dietary cholesterol may or may not contribute to heart disease depending on how the individual’s liver is able to regulate the plasma cholesterol level and the production of LDL. Certainly we know the body needs fats, but they must be the right kind. Good fats supply essential fatty acids, which are a very important link in our health chain. All cell membranes are composed of fats. Fats supply energy, act as an intestinal lubricant and carry the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K in the body. Unfortunately many of us in the West consume much too much of the wrong fats - that is, saturated, hydrogenated, and heated fats – which are linked to obesity, cardiovascular disease, and certain types of cancer.

I have tried nightworks and I find it wonderful - I get clearer thinking processes. My brain is more organised, when performing any exercise I have the stamina to excel to a higher level. My body feels so much more relaxed & lighter & people tell me I have more colour in my face. I do not have any health conditions but a friend of mine who takes Niteworks, had cancer, which is now better but the after effects were horrible and she now finds that her terrible morning cramps when she woke up unable to get out of bed - have disappeared and her muscles are working properly.

Years and years ago, one of my first client was young man who had been overweight all his life. Three months later and 30 lbs lighter, he had a completely different life.

All he did was use this (http://myhealthybreakfast.info) and follow instructions. He never looked back.
