Porridge with a Twist

This is a delicious, satisfying and nutritiously complete meal that takes only 3 to 4 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:
¾ of a cup (about 50g / 2 oz.) of porridge oats – I use organic oats
1 ½ cups of water
2 scoops (2 heaped tbsps) of Herbalife Formula 1 (vanilla flavour)

Preparation:
Add the oats and water to a saucepan.
Bring to the boil and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Keep stirring.
Turn off the heat and stir in the Herbalife Formula 1.
Empty into a bowl and enjoy.

Variation:
If you don’t like vanilla, you can add from a range of flavours:
Cappuccino, strawberry, chocolate, tropical fruit, cookies & cream.

Information:
For the calorie conscious: it’s a full meal for less than 400 kcal! If you want to feel “really full”, add a scoop of Personalised Protein Powder. It will keep you going for hours.
